We had a great time staying for one night at this newly renovated hotel and found our stay here to be entirely enjoyable.

Favourable location in the pretty quiet area, just next door to most restaurants and Fort Wayne and stores. For shots visit Applebee's, nestled within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Cozy bed in a double room with plenty of storage space and a relaxing whirlpool 🛁. Great location near the Coliseum if you're here for concerts, and also close to stores, restaurants, and an AAU tournament.

I didn't like the continental breakfast both mornings the breakfast bar had cold food that should have been hot. The air conditioner did not work. We had a fire alarm at 12:30 am our first night there. No elevator.

The location near Longhorn Steakhouse across the highway was convenient. The staff were always willing to assist and greeted us with a smile. Our room was amazing, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The staff members were extremely kind throughout our stay.

Clean, convenient, and yes, the eggs were delicious.

TV channel guide needed to provide info about network affiliation ( ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC).

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus for a few nights while visiting the area. The staff, especially the front desk attendant, were friendly and professional. The breakfast service on Saturday was great, with a variety of items kept well-stocked. My children loved the pool, making our stay even more enjoyable. I had an excellent experience and will definitely be returning in the future.

Had a super chill stay here for a work trip. The location was perfect – so close to the city, concert venues, and the arena 🎶. Plus, plenty of shops and yummy restaurants nearby.

Very friendly staff! Willing to help out and go an extra mile...they may need a gentle reminder due to their diligence of helping other guests and getting side tracked lol Very close to everything! The zoo, dining, shopping, casino!!

Need a door hanger for tiding while we stayed extra nights. We didn't get our beds made or shampoo restocked..there wasn't a sign to hang up...and I didn't want to seem too needy so I didn't ask :)

Got a good night's sleep. Really don't like being on the first floor. Had a heavy footed person above me, fortunately not all night long.

Took a while to adjust to the chlorine smell from the pool.

Convenient location within a short walk to concerts, an AAU tournament, shops, and restaurants. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are quite spacious. They even scatter flower petals for a nice touch. The breakfast served here is top-notch! 🌼

Good location, easy to get to. Property seemed pretty clean, breakfast was pretty good.

Staff was very inattentive, outside smoking when guests were at the front desk. Charged for a bottle of water, most hotel chains give you a bottle upon check-in. Price was higher due to lots of travelers in town. For the price I could have stayed in a more upscale hotel.

The room was immaculately clean and had high standards. It included a jacuzzi and flower petals. The hotel is conveniently located near the Coliseum for concerts. Additionally, there is a great pool, a business center, and a sports bar nearby.

The room was amazing, the staff was helpful, and breakfast was delicious!
